<P>担任该课题组组长的杜祥琬院士介绍，课题启动于2013�?2月，基于各单位已有的研究基础进行近一年的研究和讨论，形成了课题综合报告和6个专题报告，综合报告将作为《第三次气候变化国家评估报告》的特别报告出版，期待在重大工程建设方面引起社会各界对气候变化的重视�?/P>
